1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment via Lightspeed Payments.
• Timeline: Once initiated, the credit typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
• Fees: Please note that original shipping costs and transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "On Sale" at the time of purchase.
• Perishable goods (such as the Lavender Shrub) or customized items.
• Gift cards.

4. Exchanges
